Cancelations
24 Hour Advance Notice Is Required When Cancelling An Appointment. This Allows The Opportunity For Someone Else To Schedule An Appointment. If You Are Unable To Give Us 24 Hours Advance Notice You Will Be Charged The Full Amount Of Your Missed Appointment. In The Event That We Are Able To Pull Someone From Our Waitlist And Fill You’re The Time Slot You Will Not Be Charged. All Clients Have The Ability To Cancel Online 24-Hours In Advance.
Packages Fall Under The Same Terms, If You Are Unable To Give Us 24 Hours Advance Notice (1) Session Will Be Deducted From Your Package.
No Call/No Show
Anyone Who Either Forgets Or Consciously Chooses To Forgo Their Appointment For Whatever Reason Will Be Considered A “No-Show.” Clients Will Be Charged The Full Service Amount For Their “Missed” Appointment. You Authorize Pure Skinz Aesthetics Charge Your Credit Card A No-Show Fee Of 100% Of The Full Value Regardless Of Original Purchase Price Of Service.

Online Reservations
All Clients Are Required To Register And Reserve Appointments On Line, This Allows For Clients To Have The Ability To Acknowledge Pure Skinz Aesthetic Waivers. In Addition, All Appointments Require A Credit Card Be Placed On File In The Event Of A No Call/No Show No Exceptions.
Late Arrivals
If You Arrive Late More Than 5 Minutes Late, Your Session Will Be Shortened In Order To Accommodate Others Whose Appointments Follow Yours. If You Are More than 5 Minutes Late your Therapist Will Then Determine If There Is Enough Time Remaining To Start A Treatment/Service. Regardless Of The Length Of The Treatment Actually Given, You Will Be Responsible For The “Full” Session Rate”. Out Of Respect And Consideration To Your Therapist And Other Customers, Please Plan Accordingly And Be On Time.

No Refunds
All Of Our Packages, Auto-Pays, And Gift Certificates Are Not Transferable To Other Clients, And Cannot Be Combined With Other Discounted Offers. Pure Skinz Aesthetics Maintains A” NO REFUND POLICY” Policy On Purchased Packages, Services Rendered, Auto-Pays, Or Gift Certificates, However We Will Honor An Equal Exchange (Credit) For Other Services Within Our Facility For Equal Or Less Value.
Gift Certificate & Packages
Gift Certificates And Packages Have No Cash Value And Are Non-Refundable Or Redeemable For Cash. They Carry No Cash Value. We Reserve. The Right To Refuse Service Or Reverse Any Gift Certificate Or Package Purchased For Any Reason And Return The Funds To The Purchaser. Any Unused Balance Of The Gift Certificate Or Gift Card Will Remain Until Redeemed Or The Gift Certificate Reaches The Original Expiration.
